As a Professional fitness instructor I have worked with many clients to help them lose weight, get in shape and help them build and tone their bodies. I always make a point of letting them know that getting in shape is 80% what you eat and 20% exercise.
What you eat, and when you eat, are controlled by your mindset. Do you often hear that bar of chocolate calling out to you? Do you find yourself wrestling with a conversation with a packet of biscuits a piece of cake or whatever? This is your inner voice talking to you. It is telling you that you must have this and you must have that and playing on your emotional attachment to that feeling you get from eating the food. Eat it – you will feel so much better it says!
