Three good reasons why you should try Hypnotherapy.

There are a myriad of therapies around nowadays – probably far too many to choose from – whether it mainstream or alternative.  Shall I choose acupuncture or reflexology, aromatherapy or possibly a sports’ massage; do I need a councillor or maybe somebody with neuro linguistic programing skills?

With all of these seemingly endless alternatives to choose from, why choose Cognitive Hypnotherapy?

As a Hypnotherapist I have seen first-hand the incredible changes that this form of therapy can bring. I once had a client with a fear of pigeons, and after only three sessions she was down feeding the pigeons in my local High Street! Amazing!
