How to SUCCEED with …. SUCCEED

Miracle Morning Habits 


So, we are fast approaching a new year – 2018. Are you going to be successful? We all know that depends on a lot factors, but my recommendation is you have a far greater chance of success if you follow the SUCCEED model. If you are looking to succeed in anything in 2018 consider using this model; it will help.

S upport – Surround yourself with the best possible people. We all learn from others, and surrounding yourself with the best people will help you grow your skills, talents and capabilities. Networking is great for this!

U plift – Every day read or watch something that will educate, uplift and help you to be driven towards where you want to be. Personally, I find Ted Talks brilliant; and YouTube is a great source of knowledge. Write things down, keep a Journal; even the smallest of achievements should be written down. Documenting it makes you appreciate it, learn from it and feel good about it.

C larity – You need to know where you are going, otherwise you are never going to get there. Take a moment in the morning to help you focus on why you are doing what you do and this will provide motivation for the rest of the day.

C ommit – Take action. You won’t change anything unless you take action. So, every day, commit to doing even the smallest of tasks towards your goal and you will get there. ACTION! ACTION! ACTION!

E xcuses – The biggest barrier to success is you! Ignore the excuses and stop hitting the snooze button on your life. Waiting for something to happen isn’t generally going to happen; so why not make it happen?

E xercise – The best form of stress relief; it sharpens the mind, and is a real good feel factor pill. Being out in nature, getting your dose of vitamin D, has all been proven to get good results. So do it!

D aydream – Visualisation is possibly the strongest tool we have in the box. Focus on the person you need to be to get the results that you want, and then start thinking, feeling and acting that person. That way you will get the results you desire.

So, whatever your aim /goal for 2018, think about the points above; they will help. And, as we all know, developing good habits is a great way to get to where you want to be quicker, easier and with less effort.
